Cancellation/Late/No Show Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give the 24 hour notice (or fail to contact me at all) you may be charged for your missed appointment, and future service may be denied. If service is pre-paid, same policy applies. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however I will do my best to satisfy the scheduled time. Out of respect and consideration of your service provider, and other clients, please plan your visit accordingly. Please arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment to make time for parking, using the restroom, and filling out an intake form if needed. 

Etiquette:

All services are therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, violence, disrespect, or sexual advancements will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities immediately, where legal action will be taken. If a situation occurs during session, it will be terminated and the client will be responsible for full service value, and denied future service.

Please refrain from any alcohol or drug use before session. 

If you are sick, or have any contagious conditions please inform me as soon as you can before your appointment. It is better for everyone involved to cancel until you are symptom free for at least 24 hours. 

Prenatal Clients

Clients must be, at least, into the second trimester of their pregnancy to receive their massage. If the client comes to their appointment and is still in her first trimester of pregnancy, she will be denied service and will be responsible for payment of the full service amount.

Age

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. 

 Refunds

No refunds are given for paid services or gift certificates.

No Children

No babies/children are allowed in the spa during normal business hours unless there is a special event being held

Fees

Convenience fees are included in any purchase made online.
