Drawn to practices that nourish both body and mind, Jenny has a deep love for body care, mindful living, and holistic wellness. Her personal practices include journaling, meditation, oracle cards, movement, herbal remedies, and she has a slight obsession with the cold plunge.

When she’s not at Haven she’s either reading, tending to her plants, visiting a farmer’s market, or traveling to discover new spots or revisit loved places.

Jenny is the Lead Spa Coordinator at Haven, a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a licensed cosmetologist with 18 years of experience as a natural nail technician. She brings heart, presence, and a holistic perspective to the spa experience, helping create a space that feels both nurturing and elevated.

Beth is drawn to spaces that help people slow down and feel cared for. With a background in psychology and business, she loves connecting with people, hearing their stories, and creating thoughtful experiences.

Outside of Haven, you’ll likely find her at a local coffee shop, exploring a new park, or relaxing in the backyard with her husband, Evan, while watching the birds.

Beth is a Reiki Master and facilitator currently completing an ICF-accredited coach training program. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a grounded presence to her role as a Spa Coordinator.

Jacklyn is passionate about holistic wellness, & being in service to support others along their own unique journey. She said yes, without a second thought, to the idea of becoming a massage therapist in 2021, one of the best intuitive insights of her life. Her approach to massage is to provide a comfortable, safe space for your body to heal, & your mind to unwind. She uses rhythmic, soothing techniques like Thai Yoga Massage, & Manual Lymph Drainage Therapy – Vodder Technique.

Jacklyn became a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist in 2023 & has since been in awe of how gentle, yet powerful this modality can be – beyond just reducing swelling. She is continuously learning about the lymphatic system, witnessing the symptoms it can heal, & how to help others in their maintenance self-care, or even post-operative journeys.

She is also exploring techniques like Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy by Erik Dalton, & Craniosacral Therapy by John Upledger.

Outside of massage, Jacklyn loves learning about herbalism, sustainable agriculture/horticulture, playing the guitar, & snuggling with her cats.

JoEllen was born and raised in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. She's been in the world of massage and holistic wellness since 2023. Some of her favorite modalities include cupping therapy, trigger point therapy and incorporating stretch. JoEllen also has a focus in somatic touch as an Integrative Somatic Practitioner (ISP). JoEllen is a firm believer that each client has unique needs and strives to customize her sessions for each individual client. One of her great joys is to work with individuals on their mind-body connection, whether that looks like releasing trauma from the body or helping your nervous system relax. We have many parts that make us up and affect our daily lives. JoEllen is here to help bring alignment and connection to each part. 

On her off days you can find JoEllen vibing with her frenchie and cockatiel at home, at a local brewery or jamming on her drum kit.

Cecilia is a California native who discovered her purpose in massage therapy through her own healing journey. Trained in Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Stretching, and Deep Tissue techniques, she believes massage goes beyond relaxation - it is a holistic approach to wellness that supports and heals both body and mind. 

With a genuine passion for helping others, Cecilia's goal is to meet each client where they are on their personal path to wellness. Whether the goal is pain relief, injury recovery, deep relaxation, or a combination, she takes care to listen and design a session tailored to each individual's needs. She brings gratitude and positivity to every session, creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, heal, and know they are truly cared for.

Jessica has a heart full of passion for helping others on their unique journey toward overall wellness. Her own path has fostered a profound appreciation for the human body and its potential for healing and growth. Stepping into massage therapy has allowed Jessica to take a holistic approach to self-care, creating a safe space where individuals can feel nurtured, supported, and empowered.

Outside of massage, Jessica is passionate about expanding her knowledge of holistic health. She believes food is medicine and is dedicated to learning how to live in sync with the menstrual cycle while exploring women’s hormones and metabolic health. She has aspirations to incorporate coaching for nutrition and women’s hormonal wellness into her practice in the future. 

Beyond her professional passions, Jessica loves practicing hot yoga, playing basketball and disc golf, finding peace in the outdoors, and spending wholesome time with her family and dogs. 

Maggie is from the mountains of New Mexico where she has always been surrounded by holistic wellness. She has a love for nurturing the whole mind, body, and spirit. She offers prenatal massage, hot stone massage, and loves the benefits of incorporating stretching into her sessions. She specializes in therapeutic, medium-deep tissue work. Maggie is also Reiki certified and finds incorporating energy and sound healing into massage sessions (by request) has profound effects on the client as a whole.

By combing a blend of relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques with the powerful work of sound healing and Reiki, she is able to customize your session for your individual needs and help you reach a physical and energetic reset with each visit.

Outside of work you can find her traveling all over the US, attending music festivals, cooking, out in nature, or hanging out at home with her cat.

Emma is a dedicated holistic esthetician and massage therapist who blends her love for natural beauty with healing practices. Her journey into skincare and wellness started in 2021, and she believes in the connection between inner balance and outer radiance. With a unique approach that integrates skincare treatments, soothing massage techniques, and crystal healing, Emma offers a transformative experience that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. Specializing in personalized skincare, Emma crafts treatments tailored to each client’s needs, using natural products that promote healthy, glowing skin. She also incorporates gentle massage techniques to release tension and stimulate circulation, enhancing the overall therapeutic effect of her facials.

Additionally, Emma’s  incorporation of crystal and reiki healing helps enhance emotional and energetic balance, adding an extra layer of care to the physical treatments. When she’s not working with clients, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and hanging out with her cat Frankie. As a Kansas City native, she finds inspiration in nature and is always expanding her knowledge of holistic healing practices to bring the best to her clients.

Emilie is originally from California and coming to Kansas opened up her dream of becoming an esthetician and mastering the art of mindful skincare. Her journey has really opened her eyes to a more holistic way of looking at beauty and wellness, which was totally new to her, but now it’s the heart of what she does. She is all about caring for both the skin and the soul, creating experiences that bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of renewal.

With every client, her goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She uses intentional treatments and a personalized touch to help each person leave not only with glowing skin but also with a calm and confident vibe that just radiates from within. She believes that healing and beauty start from the inside out.

When Emilie is not in the treatment room, she finds happiness in the little things, like being with her two cats Mac and Pheobe, hanging out with her family, trying out new recipes, traveling back to California or taking trips out in nature. Whether she’s wandering through local markets like Trader Joe’s, arranging fresh bouquets, or just being by the water, she is always on the lookout for inspiration in the simple moments that bring peace and balance to her everyday life. Her faith is a big part of who she is, and she is so grateful for this path that led her here!

After experiencing hormonal acne in her mid-twenties, Quincey began exploring holistic healing and natural remedies to understand the root causes of skin concerns. This journey led her to the world of holistic esthetics, where she discovered her calling to help others heal their skin from within.

Her approach focuses on clean ingredients, internal balance, and the mind-body connection. Quincey loves supporting clients through all stages of life and skin—whether addressing acne, aging, rosacea, or sun damage. Her goal is to create a safe, restorative space where clients can relax, heal, and leave feeling confident and radiant.

In addition to holistic skincare, Quincey enjoys offering beauty services like brow waxing to help clients feel effortlessly polished and low-maintenance in their everyday routines.

Joining Haven Wellness Spa was a dream come true for Quincey, as she deeply aligns with the mission of healing the mind, body, and skin in a comforting, inclusive environment.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll often find Quincey exploring her neighborhood, River Market with her partner, Andrew, walking outdoors, attending concerts, or cuddling her two orange kittens, Cedar and Chai. She also loves cooking, gardening, her weekly Sprouts visit, diving into holistic wellness education, and curating the perfect fashion inspiration boards on Pinterest. 

Zakara is an intuitive sound healer and oracle reader. Alongside a lifelong exploration of music and art, she originally graduated and received her massage therapy certification, which led her down the path of implementing creative outlets such as art and sound as her gateway to guidance and healing. She now has a decade of experiential learning within the healing arts and incorporates creative expression within her energy sessions and oracle readings.
