Breathwork is a potent and effective tool to help cleanse the emotional and physical body of stuck emotions and stagnant energy. It helps release anger, sadness, grief, shame, guilt, depression, anxiety and feelings of unworthiness (to name just a few). Some people describe it as "emotional hygiene."
By inhaling and exhaling deeply, the mind is bypassed and the emotions and traumas stored in the body can be released. The body remembers what the mind has forgotten or buried.
The breath is a direct gateway to Spirit. It connects you to your intuition and helps soften the heart.
I will guide the session with music and prompts to help you navigate your inner landscape. We will laugh, cry, scream and dive into a healing release in a safe and supportive container.
You will leave feeling lighter, softer, more open and connected to your intuition.

Denise Cooper was born and raised in Kansas City but has been living in the Sacred Valley, Peru since 2007 where she leads retreats and ceremonies with sacred plant medicine from the Amazon jungle. Breathwork is one of her favorite tools as she sees immediate and effective results after one session. Denise carries a deep love for the Earth and is deeply devoted to the evolution and healing of humanity.
